The dlcs description involves debauchery. Everyone is wearing lycra. They mention a few times that they "satisfy their bodies". Nothing sexual happens on screen or gets heard from what I can tell. But every zombie is wearing tight fitting lycra and nothing else.

There is significantly more gore than the main game. There is still the same gore from the main game, but there is much more of it pressed up against the screen. You carry three decapitated heads around. The first cutscene involves someone getting their head torn off. They cut off arms and then are made to eat them afterwards. The dinner has a table absolutely covered in random body parts. You shoot brains that explode to get their disgusting tendrils to stop blocking things. This is the most gore it is possible to add in a game and it at several points made me extremely nauseous. If you struggled with the main game then you will not make it to the end of this dlc.
