More than one! Skip the scene of the character who is doing yoga alone in the woods (around halfway through the movie). Also: the scenes at 1:06:00-1:07:00 and another at 1:09:10 (more crushing than decapitation) are graphic.
There's a lot of graphic gore in general but towards the end there's a scene where a man is paralyzed, shown the log cutter that will kill him, and has his arm chopped off by the log cutter before being decapitated by it all while being unable to fight back. Although it's not the most graphic death in the movie it is the most sadistic one.
This movie is more graphic than what you would see in a typical slasher film. The murders are depicted in a slow, methodical way and the camera zooms in rather than cuts away.
near the end of the movie, the antagonist hits a corpse 85 times with an ax and it makes loud squelching sounds for over a minute. there is also audio gore throughout most of the movies kills
a car horn is played for about half a minute without stopping near the middle of the movie, there is also lots of audio gore and gunshot noises throughout the film
There's a scene starting around 00:56:30 where there's a tow truck light flashing for several minutes, but it's mostly reflected off the wall of a building and not intense
When a teen is describing a story about a mentally disabled person he first describes him as "slow" "mentally hindered" and then almost say the r slur by the prodding of friends but is cut off.
Twice in the movie someone honks a car horn to get someone’s attention. The second time an axe is wedged between the horn and the seat so it is left on for a while in the background.
a death occurs where a character is pulled underwater and drowns and near the end of the movie a character mentions someone else drowning but being resuscitated
