At the very end of the episode (last scene), a man leaves his house to feed his dog. He calls his dog, but the dog does not come. He then hears a sound coming from a bush. He finds out it's a Pyroraptor that kills him instantly. We don't know what happened to the dog, but we can assume it was eaten by the dinosaur. Kinda ruined the whole season for me.
Kenji confronts his father in S1 Ep5 who was abusive and severely neglectful, but no forgiveness is shown, -

An italian man tried to give food to his dog that was let out. He called his dog many times, but the dog was missing. Then the man heard a sound coming from a bush and he thought it was the dog, but it was a carnivore dinosaur stalking him. The dino killed the man and presumably ate the poor dog before. Nothing is seen, but it's implied.
Brooklynn's lower arm is amputated offscreen after a dinosaur attack, but in S2 E3 the attack is shown non-graphically and is still an intense scene. It is mentioned that she lost a lot of blood.
