In "Growing Pains", Hazel experiences fairy version of puberty thanks to a wish, which involves meatballs and pasta growing out of her body. In "The Battle of Big Wand", Peri suffers from a fairy illness called magical backup, which involves his body being inflated and his face seemingly melting and distorting.

Interestingly enough, Peri's name had to be changed because his original name turned out to be a slur in some countries.

Cosmo is sometimes shown wearing a dress and while it is sometimes used in comedic situations, the idea is never that he's weird for wearing dresses or anything of the kind.

Cosmo briefly refers to his son, who changed his name from Poof to Peri, as "Poofy". Peri then gently corrects him. As far as I can tell, nothing like this ever happens again.

In "Weird Science", reality gets distorted thanks to Cosmo and Wanda changing the laws of physics to make Hazel's wish work.
In "Hazel Wells and the Multiverse of Jenkins", Hazel's constant time loops cause reality to distort.

A big part of the reason why Dale is a horrible father to Dev is implied to be caused by his childhood of being abused by Vicky and being essentially used as a lemonade slave by her. Also, Dev himself is a bully and ultimately basically Season 1's primary antagonist.

Not exactly, but Hazel is often depicted as a very anxious person and there are times where she shows symptoms of panic; in "Department of Magical Violations", she freezes up and is unable to get her words out because she feels like there's too much pressure and in "Hazel Wells and the Multiverse of Jenkins", she can be seen breathing heavily and her heartbeat is heard because she just had an awkward encounter with her classmate.

Quite a few episodes have characters screaming, usually as a gag. For example, "Fly" has a gag of Hazel and some other character screaming used twice.

If it counts, a puppet of Hazel appears to go through existential crisis in "Work Her Magic", as she starts thinking about what "life" is and it causes her to go through a breakdown.

Hazel's dad occasionally talks about ghosts due to being a parascience professor. Actual ghosts show up in the episodes "Battle of the Dimmsonian" and "Haunting of the Wells House".

S1
Department of Magical Violations: When Hazel gets nervous and can't decide what to wish for, it causes Cosmo's and Wanda's wands to make a "wish fart", which lets out green gas and apparently smells a lot. At the end of the episode, Hazel wish for a penny-farthing dirt bike, but Cosmo misinterprets it as "penny farting" and is then shown riding a dirt bike that farts out pennies.
The Battle of Big Wand: Peri farts while suffering from effects of magical buildup. The episode ends with a call back to the penny farting bikes.
