At the beginning of the movie a crew of scientists are looking for a shark and are attacked
A lot of blood is shown and a severed arm is seen floating by itself
If you want to avoid choking scenes you should skip around 10min after they get in the catacombs where all the teenagers are. All you need to know is that Mika thought she proved her point by touching the baby shark but then dies as well as a dozen of teenagers, many killed by shark and the others drowned bc of panic
Later a corpse is shown half of it missing probably eaten by a shark as well as its arms
