In the opening shot, there’s a closs-up shot of a lizard. Though, at first glance you may think it’s a snake.
20:42 to 20:50 a dead snake is held up and shoved in a sack. Best to look away when the character says therapy changed his life and look back when he asks if the other character is in therapy.
36:15 to 36:20 a dead snake is very briefly shown being held up after a woman with a towel on her head is walking through the forest and turns around after hearing a twig snap, before turning back around and carrying on.
38:40 to 39:02 a snake is on the ground after having bitten a character, another character kills it with their shoe, before another character takes a photograph of it dead. Best to look away when you see the woman screaming in the distance about being bitten and you can look again when she’s asking if she should go to the hospital and is told that she’s fine and there are no hospitals anyway.
43:40 to 43:43 a dead snake is revealed to be under a cloth. Look away when the character asks what’s in what she just drunk as it’s crazy strong and you can look back when the other woman says red rabbit again.
44:45 to 44:51 an alive snake is shown in the grass after a woman asks why they’re running and collapses on the grass. It’s safe to look again when you hear a woman say “hide this”.
I don’t recall seeing any snakes from that point on, so you should be safe for the rest of the film.

Everyone is later considered kidnapped after the fact, they go to the island consensually however it is made clear that the characters will be hurt if they try to leave. (The main character does say that you can leave whenever you want, however this is disproven when characters actually do attempt to leave.)

I’ve just been to watch this movie and there is audio v* sound but it’s very quick. As other comments state, there are some gagging bits too but the only actual v* is audio.
It’s about a third the way through the movie. Frida is waking up and there’s blood on her pillow and some dried up blood out of her nose then there’s a quick montage of flashbacks and one of the flashbacks is a audio sound of someone V*. Once the montage is done (literally seconds) that’s it. If you cover your ears for the montage, you’ll be ok.
Gagging bits:
not long after they get to the island and all change to be by the pool, frida takes a sip of her champagne with raspberry in it and chokes/gags and spits up the raspberry.
Frida goes into a little shack and within it, tries some green liquid and gags/spits/coughs.
Another bit, they’re all round the table in the morning after a heavy night and someone mentions maggots and one of the women looks like she’s going to V* but she doesn’t.

Moments of “horror” are just encounters with workers who don’t speak English. Later there’s more context to it, but it leans heavily on the fear of the language barrier complete with dramatic eerie music for some reason.
