Many of the enemies, if not all of them, have some degrees of body horror. Eyefestation is a shark with numerous eyeballs all over its body, Wall Dwellers are covered in holes and Pandemonium has eyes inside its mouth - and that's only a few. If you're squeamish with body horror, I'd give this one a miss.

You can be squished by one of the Trenchbleeders, but this is generally easy to avoid by being aware of your surroundings as the creature is incredibly huge and makes thundering footsteps. You pretty much have to swim over and get yourself killed for it to happen.

In the mechanic facing off against Eyefestation - which you are forced to look at the being while you must look away to find the way out of the room - the camera is incredibly shaky and personally made me extremely disoriented. Pandemonium's minigame has an extreme shaky cam as well, but you are given something to focus on so the effect is lessened.
