The movie is about everything being one big illusion. People are aware that it’s an illusion but they don’t know in what way. I would argue that a few of the characters are gaslighted for the extent of the movie. However, because they are aware something else is going on, that they’re being lied to, and because it doesn’t happen in the context of abuse I doubt it would be triggering for anyone.

A man receives several small cuts to the face with playing cards. They mimic aggressive paper cuts. The healing cuts are visible for most of the rest of the movie.

Very minor. A man is hit in the crotch and cries out in pain. The moment is brief, in the background, and is never brought up again.

In one scene there is an abundance of streamers and balloon animals that have been simply blown up (but not tied to represent any animal or thing) but there is no clowns. There’s also a merry go round.

I would say no. However, a secret order that is always working behind the scenes features prominently in the movie. This order is benevolent and there don’t appear to be any clues indicating it’s meant to be run by Jewish people, but if this is a trigger for you I’d pass on this one. I genuinely don’t see any indications that it’s antisemetic but it’s good to be wary of “there’s a secret order in control of things” as a general rule.

They say the t slur more than once. The person isn’t trans. It would seem that it’s a cis man that enjoys cross dressing occasionally which he is visibly embarrassed about, called the t slur over, and mocked for. It’s all contained in a short scene but it’s unexpected and unnecessary so know that going in.

They’re more so fat shaming jokes/statements. It’s implied that a main character fired his stage assistant because of her weight. Later, he catches the same ex-assistant from a fall, and he says “Hmm—it seems that you /have/ lost some weight”

There’s a pretty racy make out scene about 7 minutes in; there’s no nudity however you can see a woman in lingerie. The whole scene is probably about 30 seconds to a minute.
There’s also several mentions of sex and several advancements made by a main character, directed to another main character.

Tank scene (you’ll know it when you see it) and car crash are the worst. The issues in the tank scene last about a minute and it turns out fine. Most of the car crash fire is obstructed by camera angle.
