Spoilers ahead but it’s hard not to as the v* happens at a very pivotal point. I managed to watch it out of the corner of my eye with my fingers in my ears. I hope this helps.
Taylor (or T, David Jonsson) goes upstairs to cut two guys hair right at the end of the movie. Dee (Tom Blyth) stands on the stairs watching up to the room. Taylor finishes cutting the second guys hair. I will note that throughout the hair cutting scene Taylor looks very unwell and looks like he might be s*, he does not. After cutting the second guys hair, the two men talk to Taylor. We then see Dee run back into the cell and go over to the toilet to v*. I will say it’s very visceral sounding and motions and it is visible. He v* twice with some spitting. He then looks over at the plate of food and then sticks his fingers in his mouth to v* again and briefly does visual and audio again.
Taylor comes back into the cell to find Dee by the toilet with what looks like chopped up food on the toilet seat and orange liquid around his mouth and a little on his t shirt. He goes to attack Taylor and in the process briefly slips on v* on the floor. Again it looks like chopped up food. He and Taylor fight and when they get to the bed Dee projectile v* on Taylor unexpectedly, again it looks like chopped up food. There is some drooling at this point and both men have v* on their jumpers. They stop fighting and Taylor goes to wash his face, there a grains of rice and wet spot on his jumper. Taylor begins to clean the cell and you can see him wipe the v* from the toilet seat.
