ReportIt took Anna 10 years to recover from the death of her husband, Sean, but now she's on the verge of marrying her boyfriend, Joseph, and finally moving on. However, on the night of her engagement party, a young boy named Sean turns up, saying he is her dead husband reincarnated. At first she ignores the child, but his knowledge of her former husband's life is uncanny, leading her to believe that he might be telling the truth.

It depends on your perception of sexualization.
A child character makes references to having sex in a previous life, unprompted.
The child is later asked if he would have sex with an adult character.
At a different time, unprompted, the child strips nude (down to his underwear, then it becomes offscreen) and joins a nude adult woman in a bath.
Same child initiates a kiss with the woman a few scenes later. It's clearly not platonic.
MILD SPOILERS WARNING:
At a certain point, she genuinely does fall in love with him under the "belief" that he is truly her reincarnated husband. He's ten years old. She makes plans to run off, sleep with, and marry him.

10-year-old Sean claims to be the reincarnation of Anna's late husband, and Anna believes him. This leads to some very unsettling scenes where they talk about the possibility of resuming their life together. At one point he gets into the bath with her. The director has talked about how this was filmed carefully so that they were not actually naked nor were they in the bath together except in one shot; still, this and other scenes could certainly be triggering. There is also a scene where Anna's new fiance attacks and beats Sean (he is not seriously harmed but it could be distressing).

The interaction between Anna and 10-year-old Sean is at least borderline sexually abusive, due to her belief that he's the reincarnation of her husband. There is one scene where he kisses her on the mouth and another scene where he climbs into the bath with her. It never goes any further than this, but overall she doesn't do enough to prevent this behaviour (though she does tell him to get out of the bath). There is no graphic sexual violence or anything but these scenes are still likely to be upsetting because Sean is a child.

Not shown onscreen, but a revelation about past cheating is a key plot point.

The main character comes to believe that a 10-year-old boy is the reincarnation of her late husband, which may seem ghost-like, but strictly speaking there are no ghosts

Early in the film there is a water birth but it is not graphic at all. You see the infant being removed from the water but you don't see or hear the mother.

They talk about learning that Santa wasn't real; but this is absolutely not a movie for children anyway.
