Near the beginning a dead rat is pulled out of a toilet. Later in the movie a rat is hit like a golf ball and the character assumes the rat was alive. It is later revealed that there are a lot of zombie rats who are electrocuted and shown dead and limp. Toilet rat scene is shortly after the bar opens and they're at the bar. Dead rat is shown again when the plumber goes outside to throw it in the dumpster. A lot of rats scene is when they go into the basement to switch on the breaker. Golf moment is here too, so you can skip to the next scene completely if this makes you uncomfortable

34 minutes in, Lizzy vomits into a sink. Short. Easy to know when it's going to happen as she covers her hand with her mouth when she enters the room. I don't know if visual, but definitely audio. Again at 37 minutes when the scene cuts from the mayor to Lizzy again. Immediate.
