A main character throws an object in anger when it is revealed that his partner didn't carry out one of his instructions. It is an act of domestic violence and could be very upsetting for some viewers. The failure to complete the instruction drives the plot in a certain direction and no further incidents of domestic violence follow.

There's audible sounds of a man being raped, another man opens the doors and the audience is treated to some fairly graphic shots of the act.

A man is chained to the ceiling by a collar. He gets knocked unconscious and goes limp, which strangles him. His body is shown in that position later not moving.

Someone gets shot in the face at close range and his head essentially explodes inside the car. But it is not squashed.

A character is described as being pushed out of a building, but it does not kill him, only gravely injures.

If you count the dramatic gasps for breath Mia does after being revived from overdosing.

We see the face of a character accidentally overdoses on drugs and goes onconscious. Her eyes are turned up, she has a bleeding nose and she convulses slightly. The character survives.

Someone is shot in the face and it leaves a lot of blood. Characters have to clean it. There are several other bloody scenes including shooting and a man being slashed with a sword.

When Mia accidentally overdoses on Vincent's heroin, you can see vomit dribbling out of her mouth and blood coming out of her nose as she lies on the floor.

I’d you don’t like needle use, you may want to fast forward after Vince gets his heroin. It’s slow and a close up

A man calls his girlfriend a retard several times, then does a voice that she refers to as a “mongoloid voice”, AKA a voice that is supposed to mimic a person with Down syndrome.

The man is attracted to men. Whether or not he is also attracted to women or other genders is entirely irrelevant. Gay and straight are not the only sexualities, so I’m not sure why this is even being discussed. Anyway, it’s a rape scene, and the kind that is played for laughs/shock value because a man is being raped. While it is satisfying to see the rapist get murdered it is unsatisfying that it is a harmful portrayal of the queer community and the kink community along with also playing up male rape victims as something funny.

The most graphic example is a man in a leather suit who rapes other men in a dungeon of sorts, but it's also worth noting there's another scene where a character performs oral on his girlfriend. Not explicitly depicted, but implied as his head lowers offscreen towards her bottom half. Another character also mentions her tongue piercing "helps with f******o"
