The physical therapist sexually objectifies every woman he sees, mainly his female co-workers, and constantly talks about having had sex with them or wanting to. He never says "sex". He says some variation of "I gotta get me some of that" or "Already had me some of that". In the movie, this behavior is supposed to be endearing and he even teaches the main character, his patient, to mimic that kind of speech.

Very little blood and only after the gunshot wounds. Blood is seen seeping through the character's shirt. A tiny hole is seen from the gunshot to the head. He then bleeds from the wound, nose and mouth. It's never excessive.
