A father calls his children disappointments, disgusting, etc. and publicly disowns them. Another father confines his daughter to her bedroom for her entire life, she has to sneak out to escape.

SPOILERS:
He's also regularly poisoning his daughter to convince her she's sick. She's not.

Shilo is slapped by her father at the end of 'Seventeen'. It is also revealed at the end of the film that Shilo's father has been poisoning her to make her sick so he could keep her at home under his control. Shilo's father gaslights her several times (most noticeably after 'Things You See in a Graveyard' and 'Seventeen'). Shilo is 17 at the time that all of this happens, but it's implied this has been happening her entire life.

Up to interpretation. Zydrate Anatomy includes grinding and suggestive dancing between the Graverobber and Amber Sweet while she is under the effects of a drug, it's unclear to which extent it effects her ability to consent.

Surgery and medical gore appear throughout. It's somewhat softened by black comedy, such as "Thankless Job" ending with the Repo Man using the man whose organs he repossesses as a flesh puppet or Amber's face literally falling off at the start of a stage performance in "Blame Not My Cheeks." It's overall campy and darkly humorous enough that the gore isn't too bad in context, but there is a lot of it, so it's still worth warning for.

The youngest character in the story is Shilo, who is 17, and she survives to the end. There's a possibility Nathan could be targeting children due to the nature of his job, but nothing really indicates this other than typical overthinking about the plot.

Shilo is 17, and there's nothing really sexualized about her. However, she does get flirted with by adult men. A nameless minor character at the start of "Zydrate Anatomy" mentions that she started taking a street drug at 13 and started doing sex work shortly after. It's only discussed briefly, and she appears to be an adult.

Amber canonically was born 'Carmela Largo' before legally changing to her stage name. At one point, Rotti guilt trips his daughter by saying 'I did not complain when you changed your name from Largo to Sweet,' to which she replies 'I needed a stage name.' There is no indication Amber is trans, but might be upsetting in a similar vein.

Honestly, given the setting, a huge chunk of the cast aren't particularly healthy as people. Nathan in particular needs to violent by necessity, as it's part of his job ("Thankless Job" is a jaunty number about how, well, it's a thankless job, even if he has fun during the song). However, guilt is a major part of his character, and he does messed-up things outside of being the Repo Man. There is also Luigi Largo, whose entire schtick is snapping and stabbing people in a rage under little provocation in a darkly humorous way. Unlike the other siblings who seem to just be depraved, there's a possible reading that he has an underlying undiagnosed/untreated illness.

The Repo Man and Nathan Wallace are treated as separate characters, complete with different voices, so it's technically a split-personality situation. However, the intent seems to be more to emphasize Nathan's double life.

Briefly, during the musical number 'Zydrate Anatomy.' Amber gets hit with Zydrate, and her trip is depicted as a bizarre sexualized surgery scene with the Genterns. Shilo and the Graverobber appear briefly during this sequence, despite them still being in the alleyway, further suggesting this is a drug-induced hallucination and not a flashback.

Not directly, but an on-stage operatic performance ends with a woman daring the Repo Man to take her eyes and that she'd 'rather be blind,' with a graphic visual of her ripping them out. It's clear contextually she knew she would die and have her eyes repossessed, and decided to take a final stance before her death. Her death through falling and impalement come shortly after.

Not a joke and not necessarily the same, but the character Pavi Largo wears skinned women's faces to cover his own scarred face. The context seems to be partly serial killer-esque 'trophies', as it's confirmed out-of-movie that Pavi has a history of being sexually predatory, implying that at least some of his faces were from his past victims (however, he does wear his sister's face at the end, so make of that what you will).

There isn't anything in the movie, but there are short moments that ping similar vibes in terms of interest of older men towards a 17-year-old character (with one writer confirming this was intentional), though one where it's more obvious is a deleted scene and it's overall not too blatant in the actual movie.

there's no full frontal nudity, but there's at least one scene where a woman very prominently bares her breasts.

Basically, the Genterns are sexy nurse ladies that work for GeneCo. None of them get any amount of characterization, and, aside from being eye candy, are mostly abused by the Largos and do minor minion gruntwork. Many of the characters wear revealing/sexualized clothes but are not objectified to the same extent.

Pavi says Amber and Luigi should have sex during "Mark It Up", but presumably it's only a joke.

No one actually has sex on-screen, but the movie has a lot of sexual and kinky energy to it. In particular:
• There are two pairs of sexualized bodyguards (shirtless men, women with fishnet stockings)
• Drug users react to the drug as if it sexually arouses them.
• A chorus of minimally clothed dancers grind on each other.
• Several people wear leather harnesses and other BDSM attire.
• A woman removes her top with no bra underneath.

Some of the costumes have BDSM-like elements but nothing occurs on screen.

A central part of the backstory is that there have been a series of mass-organ failures, leaving GeneCo to become powerful due to its medical advancements. A posthumous character has a blood disorder that her husband was trying to find a cure for, but she died due to the treatment being tampered with. Shilo, the protagonist, and the character's daughter, inherited her blood disease (though this is later revealed to be the result of ongoing poisoning) and is receiving home treatment. A major plot point is Rotti Largo, the president of GeneCo, ironically dying of a terminal illness (implied to be cancer), which results in an ongoing inheritance debate between his three adult children.

People’s homes are generally not shown on screen, however the Graverobber is seen to be reading a newspaper in a dumpster in a way that implies he is generally found there.

Not hugely, but the closing number, 'Epitaph' has Graverobber conclude the movie by talking about how Rotti's feud with Nathan was ultimately pointless because 'cause we all end up in a tiny pine box/a mighty small drop in a mighty dark plot.' Meaning, he feels that Rotti should not have wasted his time alive dwelling on the past as we all die someday.

A truck honks as the graverobber and shilo accidentally run in front of it, but nothing actually happens, and the music is louder than it.

There are two instances of Rotti shooting someone. The first is in his establishing scene early into the movie, while the second occurs at the climax. The first is a minor role, the second is a major character. Both die.
