Not at all. There's some minor gaslighting and Yelling/frustration at most.

All of the main characters suffer from drug use. The mother gets locked in a psych ward after taking diet pills. The son ends up with an infected arm from injecting heroin. Another character resorts to sex work to buy drugs.

Towards the end of the movie, a character has part of an arm amputated. It’s a quick scene but still very graphic and disturbing.

Towards the end of the movie, a character is checked into a mental institution and undergoes electroshock therapy, force feeding, etc. It’s very disturbing and intense to watch.

No cheating. It is consentually understood beforehand however it's survival sex and not really consentual in the grander sense of things for anyone.

A father is talked about being passed away. The mother however does go through many heartbreaking and disturbing circumstances including force feeding and electro-shock therapy.

No, but a woman has some ghost-like hallucinations.

The 'chapters' come on very loud as the labels drop on screen. Lots of sudden volume jumps because of the cinematography style, but not really traditional jump scares.

Twice. Once as Marion leaves the elevator to exit the apartment, after sleeping with the creepy bald dude. And at the end there's a chaotic mash up of scenes of all characters * SPOILERS AHEAD: in the scene where Marion is in the orgy, and then it shows Harry in the hospital and Tyrone mashing potatoes, it flashes through them faster and faster and eventually we briefly see some shots of Tyrone being sick in jail.

Frequent, graphic images of intervenous drug use and it's negative after-effects.

One of the characters gets trapped in a mental institution where they are abused by the staff, and we are left to assume that they are stuck there forever.

It's really brutal and seriously messed me up. I wish I had known before seeing this movie. Don't watch if you're afraid of this specific thing or of mentally ill people being abused.

They hangout under some bleachers or a deck or something at one point that's kinda low and closed. Restraints in mental hospital are used.

The black character, Tyrone, is not harmed in the movie. Physically speaking.

No. But there is survival sex so it is not enthusiastic or enjoyed participation (in exchange for drugs). Not ideal circumstances to say the least, some coercion, humiliation, etc. Not direct assault though... There is technical consent
