A mouse is held upside down and squirms in a way that practical effects of the time couldn't achieve, so it's a safe assumption that this was a real one. The mouse is also put inside a guy's mouth and pulled out, still squirming and held improperly. It was pretty gross NGL.

Girlfriend gets ahold of the sex tape and watches it with her friends by accident and is so upset that she pukes but it's literally for one second because it's all a nightmare and main character wakes up. nothing too bad but its a bit startling
