In many versions Mercutio lifts up the nurses skirt. While it might not be considered sexual assault it’s still important to mention. Also the title characters are underaged and Juliet is technically 13

(Applies to the book, 60s movie, and 90s movie) The main characters threaten suicide often towards the end of the movie.
