The threat of rape is used throughout the film, and is also trivialised and played for laughs.
The villain is a douche device, who orally rapes a juice carton, is intent on raping a woman, and in the end a**l rapes a man

A male juice box is raped and it’s played as a joke. The douche shoves itself up the human villain’s a**s during the climax and it’s, again, played for laughs.

The film seems to take an atheist stance specifically (although most of the actors and the writers/directors are theistic so I could be wrong). There's a specific emphasis on a conflict between bagels (Jews) and lavashes (Muslims) reminiscent of the Israel-Palestine conflict. The main bagel isn't voiced by a Jew and the main lavash isn't voiced by a Muslim and the latter is stereotypically portrayed as "prudish" and constantly talks about being promised "virgin bottles of olive oil" (houris) in the afterlife. The film is generally just antisemitic and Islamophobic.

The Michael Cera sausage is ridiculed for not seeming masculine enough, called a “p**sy” by himself and others. Additional note: The juice box rape scene is portrayed as comedic and it probably wouldn’t be if the victim wasn’t male.
