It happens twice early-ish in the movie, the first time is fairly obvious it’s about to happen and nothing is visible only audio and a bit in the toilet when she cleans up. The second time is when she leaves after eating her “pearl soup” and it’s visible. Neither scenes last long easily watchable if you look away and cover your ears!
