There is a leopard skin rug that Mr. Magoo mistakes for an unconscious woman when he tries to perform first aid on her. It looks pretty fake but it is focused on. Also, there are various bones from dead things in the mandrill’s enclosure but nothing that is graphic or too specific to any animal.
One of the bad guys gets a fishhook stuck in his groin and is pulled by the fish line. There may be other moments of cartoonish violence where a man is kicked/hit in the crotch but the fish hook one is what stands out.
No but there is a scene depicting a guided rafting tour of a waterfall and the guide mentions that it was/is common for scorned brides to end their lives by jumping off the cliffs.
This movie is pretty offensive in general. Brownface, “oriental riff” and Indian-style music playing when Asian characters (or white characters in brownface) are onscreen, heavy reliance on stereotypes, etc. The protagonist is blind and can’t do anything right and that’s essentially the whole plot.
It’s safe to assume that one of the bad guys is dead after he’s shown falling off a cliff and toppling to the ground pretty violently. He is never mentioned or seen after that.
One of the bad guy’s henchmen presumably dies after being accidentally pushed off a snowy cliff. He’s shown falling and being thrown around until he hits the ground and then he’s never seen or mentioned again.
None onscreen but one of the bad guy’s goons is an amputee and walks around with crutches. It’s not revealed how he lost his leg or how long ago it was.
he’s in mild peril like, twice
