A woman must protect her small town from the Jackalope (based on the mythical rabbit-antelope creature of North American folklore) and his army of devilish bunnies as they embark on a murder spree over the Easter weekend.
It is unclear how old they are, but there are 2 teenagers in the opening scene making out and about to try to have sex. They are killed before it happens. It is noted at least twice that they are indeed teenagers. However, they could have been the legal 18/19.
Other than a Drag Queen at the Easter dance, there are no immediately identifiable trans characters in this movie. The Drag Queen is present for one song & dance sequence and one shoe joke.
I don't remember if it was shown, but there was mention of the Jackalope expelling a bloody egg and then there was a joke about digging a hole for it first.
There is one Drag Queen at the Easter Dance/Party. They are present for a song & dance sequence and then later when a main character is about to touch the DQ's shoe (for plot reasons) the DQ warns them not to touch their shoes, but it's said in a lower vocal register. That's about it.
The main character is consistently shown as having an alcohol problem but it is only addressed through a passing joke and an attempt to reason out why she's been losing time and waking up in strange places.
