the one i remember is a scene in the locker room

I dont remember if it's the first time, but the protagonist gets the razor out of the leg shaving thing and self harms with it on the leg and it is graphic
i don't remember if there's more with razors specifically but there's plenty of sharp objects (like scalpels) on screen and in action and it is graphic most of the times as well
