A cat is seen in a cat box in the cargo hold of the plane - shortly after the snakes are released one of them enters the cat box. The box shakes & you hear a commotion, but you don't actually see the cat dying (or dead).
People struggle to breathe when air isn't circulating through the plane; a boy has trouble breathing and toward the end is rushed to a paramedic bc he needs oxygen
Not squashed, but impaled. Someone falls and gets trampled by passengers. One of the passenger's high heels goes into the fallen passenger's head/skull, breaks off, and remains there. There is brief visual and audio gore (he yells, you can see the heel in the head, and blood).
