Overnight, he has an accident (either vomit or a BM) on the bed, so she takes him to a very shady alternative doctor in an unsafe looking warehouse building. She does not go into the room with her child to make sure nothing innapropriate is happening. Also she causes her child undue stress by pretending to have cancer.
