Abahachi, the Apache chief, and his white blood brother Ranger fight tirelessly for peace and justice - but a new, up-and-coming gang is making life particularly difficult for them! They lure Abahachi and Ranger into a trap in order to get their hands on the legendary “Canoe of Manitou”.
There is no amputation on-screen but a character lost their leg before the events of the movie and now has a prosthetic leg. Their amputated leg is found in a cave, but there is no blood or anything at all, it's basically a single leg with trousers and a shoe on it.
Two characters are brought to court (kinda, it's wild west style) and they're supposed to be hanged for their crimes. They are rescued and nothing happens to them but we see them with the ropes around their necks, sitting on their horses, ready to be hanged.
There is a character with a prosthetic leg and (as far as I was able to find out) the actor is not an amputee/does not have an prosthetic leg in real life.
A postman is robbed on his way to the town and dies shorty after arriving there. We only see him talk to a character for a few moments and he then falls of his carriage.
A few scenes later, a character is getting robbed with the same carriage and while the robber tries to search the carriage he is knocked out by another character and his gun goes of, killing the other robber.

In the end, the main antagonist seem to die in a train accident. In the end-credit scenes it is revealed that he is alive.
There is a scene in wich the characters are in a cave that fills with water. They sit in a canoe and turn it upside down to use the air that is inside the turned canoe to get outside safely. There are a few moments that show the characters walking underwater with the canoe and there is also a scene that shows them talking inside the air bubble (like the scene in Pirates of the Carribbean 1, if you've seen that).

The father of a character dies offscreen before the events of the movie. Because of this the character is adopted after birth and only find outs about the adoption as an adult. They do not know their biological parents.
The main characters being kidnapped by the antagonists is an important part of the plot.
The whole kidnapping is very comedic and most of the time isn't portrayed as serious or scary.

Kind of...there is an important artefact that gets destroyed but this isn't portrayed as to dramatic and the main worry of the antagonist is that they now can't sell it anymore.
The main characters talk about repairing/re-building it in the end.
[Spoiler]
It is revealed that a character was adopted after birth because their father was killed by bandits before the child was born. This is only partially shown, the death is completely offscreen. They grow up without knowing about the adoption and only find out by accident.
