Cast out from his clan, a young Predator finds an unlikely ally in a damaged android and embarks on a treacherous journey in search of the ultimate adversary.

Early in the movie Dek is held down by a forcefield-like trap. Later, Dek is restrained on a table by metal clamps. There are also several scenes of an alien tree monster momentarily grabbing and wrapping characters up.
A few times. Off the top of my head, many shots of waterfalls throughout, at least two very brief scenes in a river (with the snake creatures), and one short scene after they break camp at a lake.
Most notably, Elle Fanning’s character speaks in a universal translation, explaining that Dek will hear her speaking his language, while someone else would hear their own. Her speech is understandable to the audience.
A dragon type creature comes barreling toward Dek, which we see from his point of view.
One instance of a character seemingly looking into the camera (that I can remember) during a camping scene.
If the blood and gore was red, this movie would 100% be R-rated. There are scenes of an alien being cut clean in half, decapitation, limbs are ripped off of android "Synths." A character's head explodes just off screen thanks to a dangerous "toy." A Synth is eaten. Another has its head crushed on screen.
