Second Renaissance Part II shows furry pets the size of cats (ergo, cats) dead and bloodied near the end of the recording during the trial. I was triggered and I wish I believed the person who said cats died in this film.

It is not with sexual intent but there is a scene of people beating an android and part of revealing her robot face under the fake skin was grabbing her by the back of the shirt, ripping it off.

It's mentioned that someone offscreen had killed themselves. One character jumps off a building to his death, but hopes to (and does) relive outside of the Matrix.

The first chapter has two people having a swordfight, slicing off each others clothes as a form of foreplay. If you consider nudity sexual there is a deity that only has her hair covering her breasts.
