Remake of the 1958 horror sci-fi about a deadly blob which is the spawn of a secret government germ warfare project which consumes everyone in its path. Teenagers try in vain to warn the townsfolk, who refuse to take them seriously, while government agents try to cover up the evidence and confine the creature.

In a sense. Victims of the blob are shown mid-digestion, still alive as their bodies dissolve. It's not a pretty sight. A woman's face deflates as it absorbs her from the inside-out, though she's implied to already have been dead for several minutes.

Completely safe! There are some gurgling and gagging sounds/effects throughout the movie. There is zero v* visual or audio. Absolutely zero. But I myself am an emetephobe and I found nothing triggering in the movie. It’s very gorey though…which I loved! I highly recommend this film!
