Three American brothers who have not spoken to each other in a year set off on a train voyage across India with a plan to find themselves and bond with each other -- to become brothers again like they used to be. Their "spiritual quest", however, veers rapidly off-course (due to events involving over-the-counter pain killers, Indian cough syrup, and pepper spray).

a kid drowns, peter says he couldn’t hear what his dad was saying while he was dying because he wasn’t breathing, but there isn’t any choking or anything
vaguely? two people get maced, someone has bruises under both eyes and his eye also looks all pink for one scene. it’s not graphic or anything just a little gross lol
spoiler!!! a group of kids get swept into a river and the brothers jump in to save them. peter doesn’t save the kid he goes after, explaining the rocks are what killed him. there’s some blood and they attend his funeral
Three men jump into a river to save some boys, thus exposing themselves to some degree of danger, but the men don't die. One of them sustains a head injury, but doesn't seem too affected by it, though it bleeds quite a lot.
One of the characters apparently did in the recent past, by crashing into a mountain side on his motorbike. His head and face injuries are still pretty fresh, still bandaged. He says only one time - with just one word inserted into a sentence - that he crashed on purpose, and he MAY just be saying it to make his mother care or feel guilty about neglecting him (which would make some sense considering their relationship and situation). So strictly speaking, technically, we don't know if it was indeed a suicide attempt.
