There is audio but no visuals of the substance, you see the actress from behind or it’s a shot of just her feet in a stall, the first time is after a shot of another character in a towel, then goes to an outside shot of people walking outside the school, then cuts straight to the first scene. The audio is unpleasant but you can cover your ears. HOWEVER The character wipes her face after and gurgles/spits water but there is no actual substance on her face or ever seen in the movie. Only audio and hunching over toilets, and the spitting (I think on only one occasion) which can be triggering for some. Every other occasion of this character doing it you can see coming due to running to a toilet, gripping their stomach etc
