The first scene with Bruce Willis, someone is waiting outside his door and threatens him with a gun. His character doesn't seem fazed at all, and after a few seconds of banter, he pulls his own gun on the man. There's no shooting but there are a few seconds of tension where you're not sure if either of them will shoot.
Basically whenever the mangalores (the alien mercenaries) are on screen, there's guns. Quite a few people get shot, but it's not graphic and there's no blood except for when the diva (the blue alien lady) gets shot. Many people are threatened with guns though.
