There are many animal cadavers hanging on hooks from the ceiling in a scene where Bette Midler's character confronts her husband, near the end of the movie.
It's graphic and wasn't fun for me to watch. I don't know why they felt the need to film at that location, could have been filmed anywhere else without dozens of dead animals surrounding them.
The people who answered this question with no must have been meat eaters who think that a dead animal hanging from a hook is 'meat' aka a 'product', but they clearly look like dead animals and that's what they are. Very upsetting to see for vegetarians, vegans, animal lovers.

Nobody has an eating disorder, but one of the first wives insults her husband's new girlfriend by saying something line 'Glad the the bulimia's working out for you '. I found it really jarring; the character said it because she was hurt and angry that her husband left her for a young skinny woman, but it makes light of eating disorders in a way that felt really nasty to me, and also reinforced the myth that if someone is seriously suffering from an eating disorder like bulimia, they must be skinny.
