John Cena’s character is an abusive dad to Fred but he’s also imaginary.

Villain of the movie Kevin, trips on his treadmill and breaks his arm. Nothing graphic and he has a cast next time we see him.

He vomits on his crush (onscreen) at the party. Audio and visual aren’t bad (looks and sounds more like spitting) but can be triggering if you don’t see it coming

Fred has a meltdown when Judy moves away and it’s played for comedy.

Stereotypical portrayal of a gay couple with limp wrists. Fred assumes that seeing Asian people means he's in China and he accuses them of abducting his crush. A Hispanic man is portrayed as unclean and when he speaks Spanish Fred calls him "an alien" and alleges he's talking in gibberish.
