Vomiting actually happens more than once throughout the anime, even though it's censored, it's done pretty grossly, like in one instance, a character accidentally throws up on food another character bought for them, but since it was wrapped in cellophane, it's still apparently completely "daijobu" to eat it......ewwww!!!
