Ranma ½
TV Show • 1989 • Animation
ReportSaotome Ranma, a teenage martial artist, and his father Genma travel to the 'cursed training ground' of Jusenkyo in China. There, despite the warnings of the Chinese guard, they fall into the cursed springs. From now on, whenever Ranma is doused in cold water, he turns in to a girl, and a cute, well-built red-head at that. Hot water changes him back into a man again, but only until the next time. To make matters worse, his father engages him to Tendo Akane, a girl who hates boys.

the secondary leading male character is cursed to turn into a pig, and he is regularly beaten in this form, though it is played off as comedic

No, in the ice skating episodes, a man forcefully kisses a female character, attempts to forcefully kiss Akane, and claims to have kisses nearly 1,000 other female characters (its assumed that they have all been under the same circumstance). On episode 20, there is a staged assault claim (a girl tries to hide an item from the male lead to prevent him from trying to take it, he says he’ll take it anyway - he wont - and she screams to wake up the neighbors so he gives up on getting the item)

No, but there are more than a few episodes where characters are made out to be seemingly unfaithful and it is perceived as cheating by the main female character (Akane)

There's a lot of nudity in showers.
In the very first episode a character walks in on another character in the bath.

Ranma the main character expresses body dysmorphia a lot while a girl and insisting that he's still a guy always. He often complains about his loss of manhood. The only time he doesn't express dysmorphia is when he's using his girl form to get something he normally doesn't feel ok doing as a guy like getting ice cream.

Gay, or suspected-to-be-gay characters are called perverts. For example, everyone thought Tsubasa was a lesbian, and called the character a pervert for it. He's actually a cishet guy who likes crossdressing

When Ranma wears a dress in girl mode for whatever reason and then gets turned back into a guy via hot water thus ending up as a guy in a dress. Akane is often the one that does this to him.

Across several episodes, though not explicitly stated, the main female lead (Akane) is criticized for how much food she eats. Around episode 16-17, Dr. Tofu’s mother and Ranma (main male lead) comment on the size of Akane’s hips in comparison to an intentionally ‘unattractive’ woman.

Along with hate speech, there are many heavily racist remarks, themes and slurs towards the Chinese, using the C-slur on episode 3, drawing the panda character with overly slanted eyes, and referring to Chinese homeopathic and apothecary medicinal practices as evil or intending to manipulate and control other people (episodes 19-20). In episode 19 where a girl named Shampoo is introduced, they talk about her being from an amazonian tribe of women who are portrayed as very animalistic and violent. There is also extremely heavy misogyny and a continuous theme of arranged marriages.
