A man approaches a girl in a bathrobe, then the scene cuts away. It's later shown she's pregnant. The man is a ghost/demon, so the pregnancy is bizarre.
There is no traditional childbirth, but a girl is implied to have been raped by a ghost/demon and shows a very pregnant belly that moves and has the demon man in it? It's not very realistic, but if pregnancy/childbirth is upsetting to the viewer, it could be uncomfortable.
