The dog is shot with a tranquilizer dart so I assume he doesn't die, but he isn't seen in the movie again. Maybe he wakes up and finds a new home (fingers crossed).
There is a scene where, technically, the main character stalls his ex girlfriend. However the context makes this more ok. Still, it may be triggering to some.
A few mice and rats are briefly mentioned, and it is said that they were used for experiments and all died. This is never shown, only described to explain how dangerous the experiment is.
Okay screw everyone that said no. There is straight up cheating. The main female character has a boyfriend after Bruce banner was gone for so long. Once she finally sees Bruce again shes very touchy. This escalated into them making out later in the movie in a hotel room.
There is some slight body horror (which is entirely different), but the titular character does often express hatred for his ability to become the Hulk and continually tries to find a way to cure himself.
No, but it is worth mentioning that a deleted scene had the main character attempt suicide by gunshot. "The Avengers" has reference to this scene, implying it did happen at some point, however.
