A young boy is killed within the first 5 minutes. It's not particularly graphic during, you see some flashes that might be but they're quick and its difficult to tell what's going on. There's some blood on the floor afterwards and an out of focus shot of a body. At 1hr10min you see a graphic shot of the body. Near the very end of the movie a newborn is killed. You don't see it but you hear it crying and there's audio gore while it happens.
