A lot of violence and gore is present in this movie. Not for the faint hearted.

**spoiler
its not exactly vomit but hamza appears to spit out a lot of blood from his mouth and it looked as bad as vomit to me
its near the end of the film right after rehman and hamza fight to have the car stopped and it crashes into a fire hydrant. the scene happens right after hamza's bloody hand appears on the car window

near the beginning of the film there was quite a gory/bloody scene that i was not ready for and can be quite disturbing. it was when r.mahadhavans character walks on to the plane and has flashbacks to the plane being hijacked. the scene cuts to someone having their neck sliced. i would say look away when he starts to board the plane. the rest of the comments cover the other blood/gore instances in the film
