The children and their parents are separated, but this is entirely due to the earthquake and shifting land.

Should note that while Sharptooth (the T-Rex that shows up constantly in the film) does encounter and pursue the protagonists on multiple instances throughout the plot, they do not actively stalk the characters.

Littlefoot's mother is attacked and injured by the Sharptooth, but this doesn't feel like a 'shock value' thing and she fights back very capably, despite dying from her injury and the force of the earth shifting.

Yes, several, major characters and extras; but the film makes it pretty clear from the get-go just how dangerous living on prehistoric Earth is for even dinosaurs.

Littlefoot is depressed and grieving for a while after his mother dies. Near the end of the movie when Sharptooth pulls Petrie into the water with him, the other kids - especially Ducky - are very sad because they think he's died. Littlefoot is sad at the very end when the 'spirit' of his mother appears as a cloud, since it's been a long journey and they still haven't found the Great Valley - until his mother 'guides' him to the Great Valley.

It could be argued that Littlefoot was beaten up by Cera near the climax of the movie, but the fight between the two appeared to be quite equal, and was physically started by Littlefoot - Cera did give a final unfair hit to Littlefoot as he was walking away, but as a whole it was an equal fight rather than a beating.

When Littlefoot and Cera escape from Sharptooth through some thorny vines, one of the thorns hits Sharptooth in the eye, though this isn't too graphic.

Sort of, maybe. Early in the film, the parent of one of the protagonists dies, and as the plot progresses, the same protagonists often will hear the voice of said deceased parent acting as a spiritual guide in select instances to help them reach the destination safely. It's implicitly presented that this parent may, in fact, be speaking from the grave, but it can also be interpreted as the protagonist recalling their parent's voice as a coping mechanism to ease their grief, evidenced that the "spirit" speaks in phrases that were said to the child prior to their death.

One could argue that the tree-star that Littlefoot's mother gave him is 'priceless', and it is destroyed by Sharptooth stamping on it partway through the film, but really it is just a leaf - nothing of any real value is destroyed.

I think it might be a bit disingenuous to label Sharptooth as "mentally ill", mostly on the basis that while they don't seem to possess speech compared to other the dinosaurs present in the film, this seems to be more of a case of their inherent nature as predators rather than some underlying mental disability. Other featured predatory dinosaurs also do not speak in the film, but that's mostly a conscious decision by the filmmakers to make the antagonist dinosaurs more menacing.

A lot of screaming throughout from the kids in perilous situations. At one point near the end of the movie, Ducky screams on purpose to attract Sharptooth's attention.

There are multiple instances in the prologue (and a later scene where another character is introduced in the second act) where infant dinosaurs hatch out from their eggs. All are very clean and quick births.

There is obvious PG-friendly racial tensions present between some of the different species of dinosaurs (mostly the herbivores) that even children can draw parallels to real life hate speech. This is especially illustrated when one of the characters' parents (a triceratops) immediately intervenes when he discovers his daughter is playing with a "long-neck" (brontosaurus). There are other instances where this racism informs a character's reluctance to join up with the other surviving protagonists and even at one point invokes a stereotype as an insult ("My father told me that long-necks have very small brains.")

Mostly no, but there is one pretty violent scene where a carnivore dinosaur tears a chunk from another dinosaur's back with its teeth. The action is seen in silhouette, but can be deemed a bit much for those who aren't used to this sort of violence in an animated film intended for kids.
