PAW Patrol is a CG action-adventure for old children and preschool series starring a pack of six heroic puppies led by a tech-savvy 10-year-old boy named Ryder.
skye hangs herself, rocky gets trampled, zuma was in the north waffle house, liberty gets assassinated, chase gets lynched, everest dies on mt everest, rubble was in the south waffle house, robo-dog dies in a boat collision, tracker chokes on a chicken wing, al gets eaten alive, ella gets mauled, tuck gets curb stomped, and marshall gets ran over by his own firetruck, as he left it in neutral.
One episode Jake ends up under a snow pile. I think there are a couple episode where pups get trapped in a cave. All times everyone gets help and is okay.
While it is a mystery as to where most of the parents are in town, it's a cute kids show that's not supposed to be taken that seriously. The younger kids in the show have guardians around, and the older kids like Ryder or Katie are rather independent and almost come across as adults. It's never implied or made out like Ryder/other kids in the show are being neglected.
Pups get sad at times. Most notably, Marshall has an episode in which he thinks he is bother to the Paw Patrol and misunderstands a conversation he overhears. This leads him to run away for a little bit, before everyone finds him and explains that they want him around.
Everest is also shown to be lonely/a bit sad before she is taken in by Jake.
There's more times than just those, but whoever is sad gets cheered up by the end of the episode.
No gore, no blood, I don't think they even get dirt spots if they fall or anything. The most that is every shown is maybe a cast? I think one of the skater kids ends up in a cast at some point, but I could be wrong.
Down stairs, I don't think so. Marshall does commonly trip/fall/tumble though. It's a running joke that he always falls or is clumsy on his way to the look-out tower. He is never injured.
Copaganda definition from here is "Propaganda that portrays law enforcement in a positive light, often ignoring or downplaying issues of police misconduct." Ryder is heavily heavily coded as a police officer and is put in a very good light - basically being the entire town's rescue and response force along with the Paw Patrol. Chase (one of the pups) is a police dog as well. The show does essentially give the message of 'police/first responders are always helpful, caring, and there for you when you need them'. I don't think there is any misconduct though.
There are some times things get a little close with the helicopter pup (Skye), and there is one episode where another pilot's plane can't make it to where they were going so they end up landing early (with help) in empty farm land. As far as I remember, no actual crashes, but if there was any it would be with no injuries or just the plane.
