No, but pooh does get a seam undone once or twice, but it's played humorously and is always fixed promptly

Some of the Heffalumps and Woozles have rather clownish appearances and can be frightening.

Not really but there’s a sequence where Pooh eats a lot of food and then gets stuck in a door and has to not eat until he gets “thin again”

Roo swings on Tigger's tail while stuck in a tree. There's a shot of the ground rocking.

There are several comments about Pooh being plus sized, but none of them are mean spirited, and Pooh doesn't get upset over them, and in fact says he's proud of it

Eeyore's house is a lean-to made of sticks that often falls down. This doesn't bother him much.
Owl's house falls down (as does the tree it was in) during the "Blustery Day" segment. Eeyore promises to find him a new one. Ultimately, he settles on Piglet's house. Piglet begins to cry, but agrees to move out and let Owl move in. Pooh tells Piglet that he shall live with him from now on, so he has a place to live.
Both of these changes in housing are not seen or mentioned again in any other Winnie the Pooh story, but they were definitely enough to be upsetting to me as a child.
