The trick or treaters have come and gone and Kate and Sam are settling in for a quiet Halloween night when a woman appears at the door with a strange request.
This movie contains 21 potentially triggering events.
Off camera you hear the dog spite Yelp and you don't see him again. I choose to think he's not dead usually when Sam kills somebody it's far more graphic and painful.
53:54 compound fracture shown, doesn't show the bone breaking but shows the aftermath (thigh bone of Steven Wilkins, child killer pretending to be a vampire with a black mask)
a distressed child in a mask on a bus escapes his restraints and accidentally drove it off a cliff in an attempt to go home, it lands in a lake and sinks to the bottom
after the boy with the grocery cart arrives and they go to another house, chip (boy child who is trying to look at the sex) uses it and then the girl in angel mask uses it after him
when the adult child murderer/burier comes back inside his house and calls for his son, his son pops up from behind the kitchen counter with a mask on screaming at the top of his lungs, making the dad also scream
43:25 the mask in the water pops out as a person making the girl in witch hat scream and another person pops out in the background
50:15 older girl in red costume turns around on empty road to vampire man in black mask and screams
when the child in a black witch hat gets in the mechanical lift, after her "friends" scare her by pretending they they were going to kill her, she leaves them behind to be killed by the zombie children from the lake and while she is walking away you can hear excessive audio gore
One character is autistic and is called the r-word by kids who are meant to be mean. Beyond the other kids persecuting her, I didn't find her representation to be particularly offensive but I'm also not autistic myself, so YMMV
old man shoots Sam (Halloween murder demon child) with large gun on his front porch and then inside his house, after being chased by him through his house
