later, around 50 mins in, she is removing mucus-like substance from her foot and there is a small worm-like creature coiling around inside her foot. she looks at it again a few minutes later as it pops out and goes back in like whack-a-mole. during this scene she extracts it from her foot and then they do a close-up of it on the floor after it's been removed
later, at 1hr 14 min, the guy throws up a jellyfish-like creature
