This is safe! There's 2 scenes that make you think maybe it will but there 100% isn't, and there's no gagging or anything either. The 1st is Jack wakes in a bathtub surrounded by empty alcohol bottles but nothing happens. The 2nd is (spoiler) when the witch takes over the guy on the beach after Jack says her name, he kinda chokes and goes purple like he's being strangled, leans forwards and pulls weird faces but again, no gagging or wrenching or anything!
