Other comment is correct. I'm pretty sensitive and this didn't bother me. You don't actually hear or see anything other than a couple quick coughs presumably after he's finished. Then he spits in the toilet and again in the sink when he goes to rinse his mouth.

If you're really sensitive, mute when you see the hotel workers cleaning the area around the pool.
