Lucinda Price is sent to a reform academy under the assumption that she has killed a boy. There, she meets two mysterious boys, Cam and Daniel, to whom she feels drawn to both. But as the love triangle unfurls, it is Daniel that Luce cannot keep herself away from, and things begin to take a darker turn when she finds out his true identity.

The main character has visions of dark clouds that signal something bad is about to happen, and there is some kind of flying bug that always shows up before those visions. Happens about.. 3 or 4 times? It's not *too* bad, only one bug, but it isn't particularly small. I didn't love it, looked away. Makes uncomfy insect flying noises

The movie is set in a special boarding/reform school where all the kids are troubled/delinquent and I think many are hypothetically mentally ill to some degree. There's at least one bully character who acts mildly-to-moderately violent toward the main character (but a separate reason for that outside of any mental illness is implied). There are, like, potential implications of problematic/violent mentally ill students at the school. Maybe?? Idk how much it's a concern

There are flashbacks, but (spoilers sorta➡️) technically they're "visions" and/or memories from different lives. (I think some of the visions are flash-forwards.) Some of these are positive, some negative. The main character's memories of one event from her, like, current life are shown a few times, and they are pretty traumatic
