The few fat characters are played as inherently gross/funny, as well as one of the villains being a caricature of gluttonous fat people
the main villain at the end is "slapped back to ugly" where she was originally skinny and sexy and big breasted but is slapped into her pre plastic surgery form where she is fat and a hunchback and all of the cast laughs at how ugly she is
