There are multiple gory scenes, and at one point, someone's mouth is sewn shut. The act is not shown on screen, but the aftermath of the incident is very visible and realistic.

It is implied, but it is not explicitly shown on screen. You are able to see a little blood on the person's foot afterwards, but you are unable to see the full wound.

this is a major plot point, with multiple scenes shot from inside the coffin. it's pretty claustrophobic. if this is a major trigger for you i wouldn't reccomend watching

26 minutes and 54 seconds in (for those using mobile, that's 1 hour and 24 minutes remaining) we see coughing/gagging but see no actual v* as a man leans over a bucket. it is implied he v*ed before the scene started but we do not see or hear this happen, nor do we see the contents of the bucket. i am quite severely emetophobic but this scene was entirely fine for me. later, (45 mins and 20secs in, or 1hr and 5mins remaining) a med student v*s offscreen, with no visuals and the audio is not particularly gory, however the suddenness of it was somewhat upsetting for me. if i had been expecting this i don't think it would have bothered me. 1hr, 22 mins and 23 secs in, a character retches but does not actually v*. it is not graphic or gory.

the movie revolves around a team of policemen searching for a serial killer. they are presented as somewhat neutral, in that they are not morally flawed but are not particularly competent. they are led by an inspector who is presented in a positive light

yes but not by choice. he willingly sacrifices himself, by agreeing to drink poison which he takes without struggle, on the understanding that if he does so another character will be spared

It's very brief, but there is a scene where the secret killer's mouth is shown threw a peep-hole. They lick there lips and there's a small amount of visible saliva. Other than that, there's no misophonia triggers as such (coming from someone with chronic misophonia).

While in real life, Edgar Allan Poe's wife ('Annabel Lee' from his poem, or her real name being, 'Virginia Eliza Clemm Poe') was his cousin, in this movie they are not related.
