In the woods when the guy in the red hat and coat, after he nearly falls down in a hole, he's helped up by his friend and that's when he throws up. (Slight visual but more audio) A few minutes after he spits out water which could be triggering

The sniper walks backwards off of a cliff after the central character takes her gun. The central character had already discarded the gun and clearly had no intent to harm her or take any further action against her. This was a deliberate action on her behalf.
